Welcome to my home! Your upstairs retreat includes two cozy bedrooms—one with a king bed and one queen bed—both with luxury bedding, ample pillows, and fans for your ultimate comfort. A private full bath is just steps away in the hall. Enjoy a mini fridge with filtered water and coffee bar. Oh, and don’t forget to say hi to Chester and Cheddar, the friendly feline kings of the house. Meow! 🐾✨ **2 bedrooms are for the same group (not rented individually) so bathroom is private

Good to know

You will arrive at my front door, use a code to enter, remove your shoes and head upstairs to your private suite(s). 'Front room' has comfy queen bed, desk, ceiling fan, lots of natural light, walk-in closet and fridge with filtered water. Second bedroom has king bed, super dreamy and a smart TV. There is a door at the top of the stairs that can be closed for complete privacy. I do not come upstairs while having guests.

Lenovo Arena: 1.5 miles RDU: 7 miles Downtown Raleigh: 5 miles Chester and Cheddar are orange tabby’s that rule the house and every comfort is provided for them to live their best life! No cat smells due to my OCD cleaning habits :) Check-in begins at 3:00 but if you arrive at 420 there may be a fun 'vibe' ;)

House rules

Your space is upstairs. I reside downstairs. *No Use of Kitchen or Laundry* don't ask-don't make it weird :) Shoes to be removed at door and placed on shoe rack. Cats are indoor only, please be mindful of that but they have no desire to leave 😂 No parties or overnight guests not disclosed prior to booking as this is my private home.

Home is located on a private street. Quiet and fully wooded. Plenty of parking on the street or in cul-de-sac in front of the house.

Guest Access

Auto door lock. No need to keep up with a key. Parking in the cul-de-sac right in front of my home. I'm on a private street where there is also ample street space.

Stayed here this past week and it was fantastic, super clean, cozy, with personalized little details throughout, that echoed her love of her two cats. Cheddar and Chester were adorable, mellow, friendly felines. There was a coffee/tea station with a small refrigerator in the room with cream and a filter picture of water, with room for your own drinks and munchies. We chose to sleep in the queen size bed (other room has a king). We slept great. The host was gracious and friendly. She provided awesome local tips that truly added to our stay in the area. Great location. We recommend Amanda and her immaculate home for a welcoming and comfortable stay!

I’ve been doing your Airbnb for quite a while and I’ve never experienced one quite so comfortable. Amanda’s place is convenient as being completely serene. I felt like I was walking into my own home. Everything was clean and inviting. Two lovable cats just was the icing on the cake. Amanda was there to give us information we needed, which I appreciate it so much. Would definitely stay again.

Find us

Public transportation runs less than a block away. Uber or Lyft are very popular as walking to shop or eat is not optimal based on location (grocery store 1 mile away). Eateries within 2 miles.
