Mountain Escape with Game Room and Hot Tub!

Pets: One dog is allowed by pre-approval only, and additional $100 pet fee. Your dog must be friendly and house trained. Your dog must be supervised by you at all times, and crated if left alone. Must be leashed at all times outdoors; all waste must be picked up. Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed from the property immediately. Dogs are not allowed on beds, couches, or chairs. You will be charged for any damages caused by your dog. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. No discharge of firearms or hunting on the property. No outdoor burning or fireworks. No ATV's on the property or subdivision roads. Only registered guests allowed. No smoking in the home or on premises. Failure to comply will result in a minimum $500 additional cleaning fee. Hot Tub To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub. No pets of any kind or size in hot tub, please. Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover. WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB AND AMENITIES: Guest understands that there are special health risks that may be involved in using the hot tub, as well as safety risks using other areas of the cabin (fire pit, barbeque and firepit as examples). In particular, guest understands that there are potential dangers that these amenities may present to children who are not carefully supervised as well as danger to any person using the hot tub if a person has health risks, is intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or if pregnant. The hot tub should be kept at a temperature that is less than 104 degrees farenheit for personal safety. Guest agrees to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents, medical conditions or injuries their guests may incur. Guests understands the risks discussed above and agrees that they will assume all responsibility for oneself, and waive any claim whatsoever against the Owner. Guest also understands and agrees that they are responsible and liable and will pay Owner upon request for any damages that occur to the home amenities and hot tub and its support equipment through their own or guests’ misuse and/or negligence, for example, but not limited to, using the incorrect detergents in the dishwasher or clothes washer, neglecting to extinguish all fires in the grill or fire pit, failing to replace and secure the hot tub cover, walking on or otherwise damaging the hot tub cover, or damaging the hot tub filtration system with foreign objects, soaps or oils, or causing excessive water overflow.

Guests will have access to the entire home. Please do not enter locked areas, including the owners closet and shed. There is parking for 4 vehicles in the uncovered, gravel driveway. A well maintained, 0.2 mile gravel road leads to the home. Two stairs required for entry into the home.
