You must be at least 25 years old to book. Do not tamper with the cameras (only located outside. Do not disconnect or turn off Wi-Fi.   Park only on driveway. There is enough parking for a few vehicles or a trailer. The use of firearms or explosivesd are strictly prohibited inside and outside the house. Smoking, vaping, or use of recreational drugs is not permitted inside the home or within 5 feet of the house. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. No illegal activities. No illegal substances or activities This house is on a septic system. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper, including, but not limited to, feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes, flushable wipes (they are not flushable for septic no matter what the package states), or anything else. If it is found that anything other than toilet paper has been flushed and the system is clogged, you will be charged for damages. Do not put grease or chemicals down the drain. Although children are welcomed, this house is not baby/child proof. Baby gear is not provided by the Host. Please do not use glitter inside the house. All recreational activities on or off the property shall be done at the Guest's own risk. This shall include, but not limited to: use of dock, swimming, boating, jet skiing, fishing, hiking, use of stairs, approaching wildlife, etc. Use of life jacket is highly recommended. Private dock is available for use. Individual's fishing license is not required if fishing off the property's dock as dock has its own fishing license. Jet ski floats and an uncovered boat slip are available for use without additional fee. The covered boat slip is NOT available for use. The public boat ramp is a few houses down. Owner is not responsible for the condition of the lake. We do have scheduled exterminator services. However, you are surrounded by woods and water. There is a high possibility that you will encounter some sort of wildlife to include, but not limited to: bugs/insects, arachnids, amphibians, reptiles, rodents, mammals, aquatic species, etc. To minimize the risk of exposure, food should not be left out and garbage bags should be secured in a closed garbage container. Keep all doors and windows closed or screened to prevent entry of said wildlife inside the house. Please bag all trash and place in OUTSIDE garbage bins. Please ensure lid is completely closed so prevent entry of wildlife. All trash MUST be bagged, no loose items. DO NOT leave trash (especially food) inside the house after check-out. The Owners and Hosts will not be liable for events outside of their control such as acts of God, acts of government agencies, fire, disruption to electricity, TVs, internet service, construction, etc. Please report immediately any equipment that is not working properly. The Hosts/Owners will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Guests understand and agree that the owners, hosts, or repair people may need to access the property for the purpose of making any repairs. By booking your reservation, you have agreed to all the terms mentioned above. Failure to follow rule may result in eviction without refund. Please feel free to ask any question.
