Bring the whole group and enjoy our 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home located blocks from DT Cary in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a large yard for the kids to burn off energy. The living room exits onto the deck which flows to the back and front yards. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store. Downtown Cary has been revitalized with a water feature and outdoor seating (1/2 mile walk). Lots of shopping and activities year-round to keep busy. 2 dogs max./$75 fee (for cleaner) DOGS ONLY
Good to know
Enter the front door and the main bedroom is to your right with an en-suite bathroom ( jacuzzi tub) and step-free shower. As you go upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 1 with 2 twins or put them together to make another king bed. This particular room has a desk and office chair. Also yoga mats. Downstairs you will find laundry space and vast living room/dining room that flows nicely to the kitchen. A well stocked kitchen with spices, blender, pots/pans and utensils. If you enjoy the outdoors, there is plenty of seating and a nice sized deck to gather for great conversation.
Other Details to Note
Twin (2) or king room (convertible bed) linens are stored in the closet of that room. Rather than make the bed, we want guests to use this room as needed for each group.

This is a small neighborhood, well established. Friendly neighbors with many eateries/shopping/entertainment within walking distance. Cul-de-Sac is quiet with little to no traffic.
