Other Details to Note

Please drive slowly on the gravel roads (speed limit is 20mph) and especially carefully during inclement weather. 4WD is recommended when there is snow and heavy rain. The road leading up to the cabin is a one-way and when leaving you will need to make a sharp left turn or a 3 point turn ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between: Option 1: Damage Waiver ($59) – Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1,500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company. Option 2: Security Hold ($2,500) – Temporary hold that releases after your stay. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account – it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. We had the most wonderful stay! The view is absolutely gorgeous — even more stunning in person — and it made our 25th anniversary celebration feel truly special. The hot tub was ready and warmed before we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch and so easy to use. The house itself had absolutely everything we could possibly need. We were even able to cook a couple of gourmet meals, including Beef Wellington, and the kitchen was fully stocked with every tool and piece of equipment we needed. You can tell the hosts really thought of everything. The fridge having ice ready to go was such a small but appreciated detail! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the teakettle and the variety of coffee and tea options provided — it made our mornings extra cozy. This home is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special escape. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The winter scaries got to me and I needed a place away from the city to relax. This stay certainly delivered! Not too far from Winchester, this home is a bit off the beaten path, but the quiet and calm is perfect if you want time to yourself to relax and decompress. The home was well decorated, clean, and very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, which allowed me to enjoy the crisp mountain air without freezing. The view of the surrounding mountains during sunrise and sunset are breathtaking! The hosts are very responsive and friendly. And they were always available for questions or concerns. 10/10 would recommend this location to anyone!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and truly had everything we needed—and more. My family and I absolutely loved the views, especially enjoying our morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The kids had a blast with the bonfires and spending time on the balconies taking in the scenery. It was the perfect mix of comfort, relaxation, and fun. We made some great memories here and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend!
