Other Details to Note
Please drive slowly on the gravel roads (speed limit is 20mph) and especially carefully during inclement weather. 4WD is recommended when there is snow and heavy rain. The road leading up to the cabin is a one-way and when leaving you will need to make a sharp left turn or a 3 point turn ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between: Option 1: Damage Waiver ($59) – Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1,500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company. Option 2: Security Hold ($2,500) – Temporary hold that releases after your stay. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account – it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay.
